Users are the members of your team you want to connect to the platform—such as HR professionals, managers, or decision-makers.
To manage your users, navigate to Account Settings > Users. From this page, you can edit the permissions of existing users or add/remove users as needed.
Adding a new user
To invite a new user, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Click the "Add a new user" icon to open the user registration form.
Step 2: Fill out the form:

Provide the user's details: first name, last name, email address

Choose the appropriate access rights:
- Administrator: Full access to account settings, evaluator and participant management
- Evaluator: Can manage Talent Matcher campaigns and participants
- Participant: Candidate or employee taking assessments
- Billing Administrator: Can view invoices and consumption history
- Enable notifications related to campaign and participant management, if necessary
Step 3: Submit the form.
The newly added user will automatically appear in the list. Use the search function if you have trouble locating them.
If the “Show only the evaluator’s candidates” setting is enabled (Account Settings > Configuration > Settings), evaluators will only see their own candidates and campaigns. They will not have access to data created by other users.
Assigning user rights to a participant
If you need to grant evaluator rights to an existing participant:
Go to Participants > List, find the participant, and click Edit. On their profile page, activate the “Evaluator role” to upgrade their access.
Unable to add a new user?
If you're unable to add a new user, it’s likely because you’ve reached the maximum number of users allowed under your contract. Please contact customer support or your account manager to request additional users.
If you have subsidiaries, the user limit is shared between the main account and its subsidiaries.
Modifying user permissions
You can change a user's permissions at any time by going to Account Settings > Users List, selecting the user, and clicking Edit. You’ll then be able to activate or deactivate the relevant permissions.
Deleting users
We recommend regularly cleaning up your user list, especially if your subscription plan is based on the number of users.
To delete users, select them from the list and click the “Delete” icon.
