Questionnaires
The following settings enable you to tailor the questionnaires to your needs:
- Neutral Participation: This option removes the “Title” field at the end of the questionnaire, offering a more neutral approach for participants.
- Enable Proctoring by Default: This option automatically activates proctoring (monitoring) for assessments when sending invitations. However, ensure that this feature is included in your contract.

The settings below allow you to configure the information included in the result reports, such as the test date and duration. If proctoring is enabled, monitoring data can also be included in the PDF reports.
- Participant visibility of reports:
By default, report visibility (both summary and full reports) is enabled for all participants as soon as they complete their tests. If your process involves sharing reports with candidates a few days after the test (e.g., during a debriefing session or interview), you can disable immediate report visibility by selecting "none".
Please note that in accordance with GDPR regulations, candidates have the right to view the reports of tests they have completed.
Talent Map
By default, the Talent Map is enabled on participants' accounts, but you can disable it if necessary.
Note: The Talent Map on participant accounts will become accessible again with screen updates scheduled for the end of January 2025.
To learn more about the Talent Map, refer to this article.
Menu Customisation
Menu customisation allows you to tailor the display of options according to your needs. This feature is particularly useful for large accounts that wish to limit visible functionalities for users and focus on the essentials.
For example, if you prefer to centralise orders for your subsidiaries or manage the creation of Smart Interview questionnaires, you can hide certain options.

Central Test fully complies with GDPR regulations..

Data Retention Period
We have implemented a system that deletes participant data 24 months after the last activity on their account (e.g., the last completed questionnaire).
You can customise the data retention period, which will apply to all participants registered under your account. After this period, the data will no longer be visible in your account.
- Customising Consent Request Messages
During the registration process, participants are asked for their consent to share their data. Additionally, before accessing the questionnaires, they are invited again to confirm the sharing of their results with your company when you send them an invitation to complete assessments.
You can customise these consent request messages for psychometric tests and video interviews (Smart Interview). These customisations will apply across all questionnaires.
