You can customize automated emails sent to participants or users through the Account Management > Template > Mail.
The templates available for customization include emails used for:
- Participant account creation
- Invitations to complete assessments (+ reminders)
- Invitations to complete Smart Interview (+ reminders)
- Adding a new observer (360 Feedback)
- Adding a new user
- Creating a new company account
To create a customized email:
1- Choose the language of the template you want to customise.
2- Go to the email template you want to customize (you can filter the list to display only standard emails).
3- Click "Customize" to copy the template model.
4- In the modal that opens, use the "Label" field to rename the template, and adjust the subject and content to suit your needs.
5- Check "Set as default" to enable your customized email for sending.
If you want to create multiple emails for the same template (e.g., different invitations to complete assessments), you can select the desired template on the invitation page or within the evaluation campaign settings.
Best practices for email customisation:

Use only the provided variables: Do not edit or remove dynamic variables (e.g. [[testname]], [[identity]], [[company]]) to ensure that emails function properly.

Keep a clear and professional tone: Write a concise and relevant message tailored to your audience.

Think about deliverability: Avoid spam-triggering words and make sure the email subject line is engaging but not misleading.
