Customizing repositories gives you the ability to integrate your own repositories, whether they are skills, corporate values, or predictive models.
Create your repository of predictive models

Think of this section as the forge where you create your own repository of tailor-made trades for each mission. Get ready to compare and choose the best candidates or employees for your projects, recruitments and mobility!
To do this, go to the "Predictive Model" menu.
The screen displays a list of predictive models that have already been created on your account, regardless of whether they are associated with a model group or not.
To add a new template, click on the "add" icon and then follow the steps described in the video at this link. (Link to 3.4 Custom Predictive Model)
We recommend that you associate the model in a group so that you can find them in other features such as the Talent MAP. All you have to do is click on the "associate with a group" icon and then select the targeted group.
Create your competency or values repository

This section allows you to create your company's own competency or corporate values repository that you can use in predictive models, test reports, or the Talent Map. Get ready to explore new horizons!
Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1 - Create a group of skills or values
Go to the "Evaluation" menu > "Personalization" > "Repository" tab, then click "Add".
From the form:
- For the selected language, specify the name of the group
- Then, select the profile : general, sales, or managerial
- And finally, in 'Type', select the option 'skills' or 'corporate value' depending on the type of repository you want to create and validate.
Note: Optionally, please note that you can activate the skill group or values in the company or participant Talent Map by clicking on the corresponding icons.
Step 2 - Add a repository to the group
Once your skill group is created, you can now add a skill by clicking "+" next to the group name.
Step 3 - Set up a skill
This step is essential to be able to calculate the adequacy scores of the competency framework or corporate value.
To do this, from the "Evaluation" tab:
- Select the test you want to set up
- then click on the "Repository" icon
- Then click on the "+" icon to add the repository you want to set up
Here is the list of test reports for which this setting is: BF5, CTPI-R, EMOTION 2, MYLAB PERSONALITY TEST, MYLAB PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS TEST, MYLAB EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TEST, PRO PROFILE 2, COMPETENCY PROFILE 2, SALES-R PROFILE, VOCATION, SKILLS PROFILE 2.
Step 4 - Add the custom repository to a report
This step is recommended if you want to view the repositories in the test results reports above.
Ratings:
- Choose the rating you want to customize by selecting the "Report" option.
- Next, click on "Default Report Parts" which can be found under the "Available Parts" section, and the Central Test skill and trade repositories will appear.
- Then, use the "pencil" icon to select the skills/jobs or skill groups/trades you want to include in your reports.
- Use the "+" icon to add the repositories to the report, as well as the corresponding titles (identified by the indication [menu]).
- Be sure to click the "Publish" button at the top right of the screen
to save your changes!
