With the reporting, you benefit from a clear overview of your campaign’s progress. You can compare participants based on their scores, assessed competencies, and previous evaluations. It’s a powerful decision-making tool.
Quick Reporting
At a glance, discover key information about your campaign: how many candidates are in play and how they are distributed across the different stages.
2D Graph by “Score”
Accessible from the first tab “By Score”, this chart offers a concise and effective view of candidate positioning by cross-referencing Test Matching results and Feedback evaluations.
This is a unique opportunity to align recruiter perceptions with objective test data for a deeper understanding of each candidate’s potential.
The table displays the top 10 candidates by default, but you can update the list from the right-hand column. The chart can display up to 15 candidates.
Comparison by Competency
In the “By Competency” tab, you’ll see how selected participants perform against the key competencies in the predictive model.
Hover over an avatar or profile picture to view a detailed breakdown of each participant’s scores by competency.
This allows for in-depth, individualized competency analysis, essential for decision-making in talent selection or professional development.
Comparison by Test
Similarly, in the final “By Test” tab, you can view how selected participants rank based on the factors assessed in each test.
For campaigns involving multiple tests, you must select each test individually to display the relevant factors in the graph.
This enables a refined comparative analysis of participant profiles across the various assessments used.
Exporting Analysis in CSV Format
To dive deeper into your analysis and access complete data for all campaign participants, we recommend using the “Download CSV” option in the top right corner of the campaign page.
You’ll be able to select the data categories of interest—whether by score, by competency, or by test.
Performance Graph (coming soon)
You can assess your campaign’s performance by tracking the number of applications received and/or assessments completed. This analysis enables you to monitor the following over a selected time period:
The number of recruited participants versus the total number of participants, as well as those rejected.
The proportion of completed tests relative to the number of invitations sent.
By regularly monitoring this graph, you can respond proactively and align your strategies with the campaign’s goals.
