To create a campaign, go to the "Campaigns" menu and then click the "Add" button located at the top right of the screen.
A modal window will appear, offering you two creation options:
Express Campaign: a simplified 3-step process.
Personalized Campaign: a comprehensive, customizable 5-step process.
You must select one option to proceed.
Express Mode
This mode allows for quick and intuitive campaign creation on a single page featuring three successive sections:
Step 1 - Define Project Parameters
Campaign name (required): a short text, maximum of 10 words.
Objective (required): select from a predefined list (Recruitment, Development)
Description: free text field (maximum 300 words).
Evaluators: the campaign creator is added automatically, but you can add others via the "+" icon.
Step 2 - Define the Predictive Model
You will be asked: Would you like to activate a Predictive Model?
Select “Yes” if you wish to compare candidates or employees based on a common benchmark. You will then be prompted to select an existing model or create one using AI. [See how to create a predictive model] (link to be added).
Select “No” if you simply want to launch an assessment campaign without comparisons. You will then be redirected to the next step.
Step 3 - Select the Assessments
In the “Assessments” field, choose the tests you wish to include in your campaign. Each test can be edited or removed, with configuration options such as language, difficulty level, invitation message, validity period, etc. [Click here to manage the invitation page] (link to be added).
Once all sections are complete, the “Activate Campaign” button becomes available. If you leave the page without activating the campaign, it will be saved as a draft.
Personalized campaign
This mode is recommended for projects requiring advanced configuration. It consists of five guided sections:
Step 1 - Define Project Parameters
Same configuration as in Express Mode: name, objective, description. You must still decide whether or not to activate a predictive model at this stage.
Step 2 - Define the Predictive Model
If you chose to activate a predictive model, you’ll be prompted to select an existing one or create a new model using AI.
The interface displays a list of available models. You can click “View” to preview the model’s competencies and importance levels, then decide whether to use it for your campaign.
If no existing model fits your needs, click “Create a new model”. A link to the model creation guide is available here: [See how to create a predictive model].
Step 3 - Define the Team
Here you configure the users who will have access to the campaign and assign their roles. By default, the creator is added as a primary evaluator. You may then add other primary evaluators or associate evaluators.
Primary evaluators have full rights: they can edit settings, manage participants, and view results.
Associate evaluators have limited rights: they can manage participants but cannot change campaign settings.
Click the "+" icon to add a user to each group. In the modal window, select the users you want to invite. Use the search function for easier access. Users receive automatic notifications once added.
Step 4 - Configure the Steps
Structure your campaign by adding sequential steps, each corresponding to a key action or an assessment stage. Possible step types include:
Psychometric assessments
Automated emails
Smart Interview video interviews
A default path will be proposed based on your selected objective, but it is fully customisable. Rename, edit, or delete steps by clicking the “...” icon.
Each step allows configuration of:
Title
Associated method:
Email: choose a template from the drop-down list.
Assessments: select one or more tests / interviews for participants.
Add a new step by clicking “Add a step”. A modal will open for setting parameters. Steps can be reordered via drag-and-drop and edited before campaign activation. Each step is displayed as a card with method type and associated template.
💡 Note: All steps can be modified until the campaign is activated. Once active, only internal method content (emails, Smart Interviews, etc.) can be edited. Step structure becomes locked.
Step 5 - Activate the Campaign
This final step summarizes all campaign settings: general parameters, predictive model, team members, steps, and methods. Use this review to confirm accuracy.
If adjustments are needed, click the “Edit” icons next to each section to return and update them.
When ready, click “Activate Campaign” to launch it and begin inviting participants. If you exit without activating, the campaign will be saved as a draft.
⚠️ Warning: Once activated, step structure is fixed. Only internal method content (e.g., email body or video interview settings) can be edited.
