Share the Campaign Registration Link
Your campaign is now ready to be distributed!
You can share a registration link to allow candidates to easily join your campaign.
1- Enable sharing
Before sharing your campaign, you need to enable the sharing option:
- During campaign creation or editing
- From the Settings tab
- Activate the checkbox “Enable campaign sharing”
👉 Once enabled, a sharing link and a QR code are automatically generated when the campaign is created.
Note : This is a paid feature. You must request activation via:
Account Management > Contracts > Campaign Sharing Link
2- Accessing the Sharing Link
Once sharing is enabled:
- The link is available directly from the campaign’s Participants list
- A “Share” button opens a window displaying the campaign link, the QR code and a download option.
3- How Candidates Use the Link
Candidates can click on the shared link or scan the QR code. They will be directed to an invitation page displaying:
- the campaign name
- the company name
- a “Sign up” button
4- Candidate Registration
To join the campaign, candidates must enter their email address.
Once validated:
- They receive a campaign registration confirmation email
- They are guided to create their Key Predict account
- They are then redirected to the assessments associated with the campaign
⚠️ Important notes
- Only the main evaluator can enable or disable sharing
- If sharing is disabled, the link becomes inaccessible
- You can still add participants manually at any time
Add Participants
You can also add participants directly within the campaign at any time.
To do so, you may proceed in either of the following ways:
Campaign List > Select your campaign > Click on the campaign name > Click “Add” from the participant list
Campaign List > Select your campaign > Click “Edit” > Go to the “Activation” tab and click “Add Participants”
