Managing Your Participant List
Once you are inside the campaign, you can access a list view of all registered participants under the “Participants” tab.
This screen displays key information to help you quickly identify top profiles:
Matching scores, if a predictive model has been defined:
The overall score, representing the weighted average of all indicators
The Test Matching score, based on psychometric test results
The Feedback score, reflecting evaluator assessments
Status, which shows where each participant stands in the process:
An orange progress bar indicates the participant is still completing steps
A green bar means the participant has finished the process
You can refine the list by clicking “Filter” by scores, groups, or evaluators, or by using “Sort” by creation date, participant name, or scores.
To manage a participant, hover over their profile to access options such as:
Edit, Send email, Mark as favorite, Send message, or Remove/Reject from the campaign.
Pipeline Management
If your campaign includes multiple steps, the “Pipeline” tab provides a kanban view of participant progress, with or without matching score details.
You can manually move participants between steps using drag-and-drop.
As soon as a participant enters a new step, all associated methods for that step will be triggered — such as emails or test invitations.
Note: once moved forward, participants cannot be returned to a previous step.
If you decide not to proceed with a participant, you can move them to the “Archived” or “Rejected” column to notify them accordingly.
Participants also have the right to opt out of the campaign, in which case you will receive a notification.
Just like in the list view, you can filter and sort the kanban board as needed.
⚠️ Note: To follow up with participants who have not completed all assessments, click the “Follow-up” button in the step where the “Assessment” method is active.
Activity Tracking
The “Activity” tab allows you to view the complete campaign activity history.
You can filter the view by type using the tabs at the top right depending on the methods used (feedback, assessments), stages, or participant actions.
For all activities, you can monitor flows, but no follow-up actions (like resending invitations) can be performed here.
All participant management must be handled directly from the participant list.
