Immersion
Immersion offers a game-based experience centered on realistic and engaging storytelling. Designed to measure an individual's professional preferences based on the RIASEC model, Immersion propels the player into a fictional company where they actively interact with their environment and characters. As a new employee, they explore the 5 departments of FreeSport (Research and Development, Finance and Administration, Marketing and Communication, Human Resources, Sales), meeting the managers of each sector. Each week, they are invited to reflect on the completed tasks to better understand their affinities and skills based on the 6 RIASEC profiles.
