Which assessments are taken into account in the calculation of the matching score?
In its current version, skills associated with a predictive model are assessed by a set of psychometric assessments.
We also recommend the combination of several tests in order to increase the reliability of the predictions, although it is always possible to rely on a single reference test. Indeed, not every test assesses all of a person's skills, which is why we recommend using several assessment methods. Some tests may not provide an indication of the skills of a particular position.
Graphs of the model
Knowing how to properly interpret the graphs of a participant's predictive model allows you to unveil its potentials and discover powerful insights, just like reading a novel.
The graph is composed of several elements:
- Global matching to a position ("Test Matching"): This score results from the comparison of a participant's profile with that of a predictive model. To do this, skills matching scores are averaged, weighted according to the level of importance of the targeted predictive model.
- The competency graph: This graph allows you to visually see the candidate's positioning in relation to the skills analyzed in the model. Colors can guide you in interpreting the results. The higher the skill level (e.g. "Essential" level), the more difficult it is to reach the optimal area of the skill (green color) compared to a skill with an optional level for example.
To go further, you can also analyze the scores of each skill by clicking on the targeted skill.
- The "Graph by tests": This is a comparison based on the indicative profile by trait of the position. You must select a test to view the radar graph and view the scores by traits.
