The predictive model is at the heart of the assessment process. It defines the key competencies and criteria you wish to evaluate in the context of recruitment, internal mobility, or development planning.
Creating a model allows you to standardize your campaigns and objectively compare the profiles assessed.
When you click on Create a Model, you’ll immediately see two options:
Create with AI assistance (default option)
Create manually
Creating a Model with AI (Recommended)
This mode allows you to automatically generate a list of competencies based on a simple job or project description.
Steps to follow:
Enter the model name and its objective (e.g., “Business Developer Recruitment”).
Add a short description of the position to be filled (this field appears when the AI option is enabled).
💡 If there’s a generation error, a message will prompt you to rephrase the description or add criteria manually.
Click on Generate to display the suggested competencies. The system uses the description to:
Identify related job roles or functions.
Generate a list of suggested competencies, ranked by level of importance.
If the results don’t meet your expectations, you can:
Modify the description and regenerate.
Switch to manual mode at any time.
Adjust the importance level of each competency.
Add or remove competencies as needed.

Note: If you disable the ChatGPT option, you will need to manually specify the job roles or functions associated with the target position. Clicking on Generate will still provide you with a list of suggested competencies ranked by importance.
Creating a Model Manually
This option allows you to manually select the competencies to be included in the model.
Steps to follow:
Specify the model name and objective.
Click Add Competencies.
Select the desired competencies through a modal window featuring:
- A categorized list (soft skills, aptitudes, etc.).
- A search bar to filter by name.
- Visual indicators for already selected items.
Adjust the level of importance for each competency using a star-rating system:
