You have the power to create custom predictive models. Unleash your creativity and discover how they can revolutionize your approach!
- From the "Talent Matcher" menu > Click on the "Add" icon, creating a new campaign and then the associated template
- From the "Predictive Model" menu> Click on the "Add" icon, directly creating a new model, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Use AI or create a model manually
Add the name of the template, and then select the authoring option you're interested in:
- By clicking on "Use AI" (enabled by default), all you have to do is fill in the form:
- The reference job(s): by entering the name of the job you want to target, you will see a job suggestion from the standard Central Test repositories (preceded by a logo) or from the Onet or Esco job clusters.
- The main and/or secondary duties of the position
Then click on "generate" to display the corresponding template suggestion.
- By opting to create the predictive model manually, all you need to do is select the skills you want to target from the modal that appears.
Step 2 - Adjust Success Criteria and Importance Levels
You can adjust the template by:
- By indicating or modifying the level of importance of each skill (1 - asset to 5 - essential)
- By adding or removing new skills.
Step 3 - Save the template (optional)
If you want to use the template you just created in multiple campaigns, we advise you to save it as a "Template" by clicking "Save".
