What is the predictive model?
The predictive model integrates the success criteria related to jobs, roles or projects. In its current version, the predictive model consists of defining a list of the main skills required for the position, with importance levels from 0 to 5 (0 corresponding to the absence of a link). The candidates' profiles are
then evaluated with different tests, for each skill, in order to obtain, on the basis of the competency scores, a matching index for a target position.
It makes it possible to predict the future success of candidates or employees by identifying the profiles that are closest to the targeted positions or roles, while highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
What are the uses of the predictive model?
Recruitment
We recommend creating an assessment campaign, a predictive model corresponding to the position to be filled, in order to compare candidates in a homogeneous way. You can view the details of a match based on skills or traits
per test.
Skills Development
For optimal management of the GPEC, consider setting up your tailor-made skills repository in addition to the one proposed by the Talent Map. This would allow you to precisely target the skills that need to be strengthened for each individual or get an overview of the skills at the team level.
Orientation & skills assessment
In this approach, we advise you to first explore the generic repositories of the Talent Map (standard jobs, skills, values). Subsequently, you can explore specific avenues developed during an assessment, through customized predictive models that you have identified.
Are there any pre-designed predictive models on the platform?
The platform allows you to exploit predictive models in different ways.
Central Test repository includes 150 clusters of trades classified into three groups (Management, Generic, Commercial).
These standard repositories correspond to skills models defined in advance, which you can visualize as a predictive model in its own right.
You can view a profile's matches to standard repositories in the results of the Pro Profile 2 and Vocation test reports, as well as on the Talent Map.
