You can access the detailed results from the participant's file:
- Insight tab > Summary> By clicking on the "html report" icon inside a map
- "Ratings" tab, by clicking on the list of past reviews
Report Contents
Depending on the test, the detailed results include several parts such as: History such as the date and duration of the test
- The Introduction, which presents the purpose of the test, the history, the precautions to be taken into account when interpreting...
- Profile (Riasec, Avatar, etc.)
- The overall score , especially for aptitude tests
- quotients or potentials in the form of a /100 score (examples: emotional quotient in EMOTION 2, Sales Potential in the Sales-R profile, etc.) The Social Desirability Score
- The profile summary highlighting the most salient features of the profile
- Interactive spider graphs displaying scores by analyzed factor and associated comments
- Detailed tables
- Personalized comments
- General Profiles
- Profile comparisons for the case of Avatar or Immersion
- Solutions available only for the user report version for certain proficiency tests
There are 2 versions of the report: the report available for HR, and the participant report. The contents of the 2 versions may be slightly different.
Note: Matches to the repositories of professions, skills and corporate values are now available in the Talent Map.
Customizing the display of content
To customize the display of content, go to "Ratings", then "Personalization" > "Ratings". Next to each test name, you'll find the repository settings. Click this option to make the changes you want, such as adding or changing skills or corporate values.
Other options available for report management
From the detailed report in HTML version, you can:
- Change the language of the report by clicking on the language icon and then selecting the language you want to use from the available languages
- Export as a PDF by clicking on the "Download" icon available on the header
- Share the report with other users or managers by clicking on the "Share" icon. To do this, you simply need to fill in the names or email addresses of the recipients.
