First, you need to check the visibility of your report (“Account management” > “Settings” > “Report visibility”) and select “Full report” to activate the full report if it is not selected yet.
Then, if this does not work, you can also check the report customization (“Assessments” > “Customization” > "Evaluations"> “Report").
→ Verify that the report parts from the “Available sections” (on the left) that you wish to display, are available in the “Report” (on the right) and click on “Publish” to validate the report.
