It maps each participant’s profile against a consolidated framework of skills, job roles, and corporate values—offering a clear and comprehensive understanding of every individual.

Job & Skills Frameworks
The Talent Map is powered by a smart algorithm that cross-references results from multiple assessments (personality, cognitive abilities, motivations, etc.).
Please note: For now, only psychometric tests results are taken into account in the Talent Map.
It dynamically matches the participant’s profile with a consolidated framework of: 63 skills, 12 corporate values, 63 functions, 200+ standard jobs.

The skills referentials are structured into major categories covering key domains:

How to Explore the Talent Map?
You can access the Talent Map from a participant's profile via the dedicated tab.
It’s organized into four sub-tabs: Skills, Jobs, Functions, and Values.
Display Modes
Each tab offers visual cards that highlight the participant’s strengths and development areas at a glance.
Two display modes are available:

List view (default): the list is sorted by score in descending order.

Grouped view (by checking “by group”): the list is displayed by category.
Note: Custom frameworks created by your organization always appear first.
Filtering and Search Options
The Talent Map offers various filtering and search tools to simplify your analysis:

Sort by score (default): identify which areas to prioritize for development.

Keyword search: quickly locate a specific skill or job role.
-
Filter by profile type (general, sales, or manager), by assessment, or by score range.
Note: By default, the Talent Map includes results from all of the participant’s assessments. Use the Assessments filter to select only the most relevant tests for your analysis.
Scores update automatically based on your filter selections.
Export in CSV Format
If you wish to conduct a more advanced analysis of the Talent Map results, a CSV export feature is available. This format allows you to freely manipulate the data using a spreadsheet or any external data visualization tool.

Predictive Models:
The export includes a list of the targeted job roles—whether standard or customized—along with the corresponding match scores calculated for each role. -
Skills:
Results are shown per skill, with corresponding scores. The export also details the scores from the assessments used to evaluate these competencies, providing a more granular view of each test’s contribution.
This file is particularly useful for comparative analyses or creating customized visual reports to meet your internal analysis needs.

Each visual card displays:

Scores use a color code to facilitate interpretation:
0–30 % | Red |
31–50 % | Orange |
51–70 % | Yellow |
71–100 % | Green |
Click on a card to view detailed insights in a full screen modal:

For jobs and functions: a graph shows how the participant aligns with the role’s key competencies, followed by breakdowns by test and specific development suggestions.

For skills and values: detailed charts by test show strengths and areas for improvement—ideal for guiding development plans.
