Setting up the integration
To enable your hiring team to send assessments to candidates directly from Greenhouse, follow these steps:
1. Get a Central Test API key: You need to contact your sales representative to generate an API key.
2. Send the API Key to Greenhouse: You need to contact the support team, who will send you a secure link to enter the key.
Once you have integrated the API key, you can now administer the tests within your Greenhouse account.
Usage
From your Greenhouse ATS, send test invitations to candidates by following these steps:
1. Go to the "Jobs" list and select the job you want to configure, then click on Settings.
2. Then, select Add Stage > Central Test >Integration Stage and confirm.
3. Finally, click on Send Test, which allows you to select from a drop- down list the assessment tools you want to give to candidates applying for the Job.
4. As soon as the candidate has completed a test, you can click on "View Report" to see the results.
