Teamtailor offers a platform that aims to simplify the recruitment process, improve the candidate experience, and offer features for employer marketing. Enabling Integration
To enable the Central Test integration with Teamtailor and send assessments to your candidates, follow these steps.
1. Activate the Central Test integration from the marketplace of your Teamtailor account
2. Set up your API Key by entering the embed code you want to use
3. Add this embed code to your Central Test account from Account management >
Integrations > External API > Teamtailor
Use
Once the integration is complete, you can now integrate Central Test assessments into your recruitment process in Teamtailor.
1.Set up the workflow in Teamtailor: This involves adding a Central Test trigger, so that tests are automatically sent to candidates when they reach a specific milestone.
2. Set up triggers on posts: Go to one of your job postings in Teamtailor. In the applications view, click on "Triggers". Select the step where you want candidates to receive the assessments and add the trigger. You can use assessments in the (automatic) inbox or create a separate stage and move candidates there.
3.Select "Send CENTRAL TEST webhook": In this step, you can choose the specific test to use for this position.
4.Add the trigger: Once you've set up the test trigger, click "Add Trigger".

Access to test results
Once the candidate completes the test, a PDF report is automatically added to their candidate profile. To view the results, open the candidate's profile and check out the "Test Central" section. You can download the PDF report from there.
Updated assessments to be taken
If you need to change the test for any reason, you can go back to the trigger in Teamtailor and make the necessary adjustments directly.
This integration simplifies the assessment process, making it easier to assess candidates based on their potential for success in the position.
