The credit-based model is designed for occasional needs. Each assessment is associated with a specific number of credits.
How it works
Each assessment tool has a predefined credit cost. You can therefore purchase credits based on the number of assessments you need and the credit cost of each assessment.
For example, if a test requires 30 credits, you will need to purchase 600 credits to run 20 tests.
There is no minimum or maximum limit on credit purchases..
Credit validity period
Credits are valid for 12 months.
If you purchase a new credit pack before the end of this 12-month period, the validity of your remaining credit balance will be extended by an additional 12 months. During the eleventh month, any unused credits from your previous purchase will be fully carried over.
Purchasing credits
To purchase credits directly from the platform, click on Order > Choose your package in the main menu.
You can then:
Purchase predefined credit packs with volume discounts
Define the exact number of credits you wish to purchase using the Custom selection option
(the credit calculator will help you estimate your needs)
Once payment is received, your credits and/or licenses will be activated on your platform.
Checking your credit balance
We recommend checking your credit balance regularly to ensure you have enough credits to send assessments or to estimate the volume of your next order.
You can check your credit balance in two ways:
Go to Your orders and select Usage history
View your remaining credits displayed at the top right of the homepage, next to your profile
Recovering unused credits
Uncompleted assessments can be canceled, allowing the associated credits to be recovered and reused.
To do so:
Click on Assessments > Assessment management > Pending assessments
Select the relevant test and click Delete
Recovered credits can be verified in Your orders > Credit history.
