Managing integrations

    From the Account Management > Integration menu, you can either connect your Central Test account to a partner application (ATS), or, if enabled, use our services directly via the Central Test API.

    ⚠️ Important Notes:

    • Integration settings are only available to primary administrators of the account. If you see a restricted access message, it means you do not have the necessary permissions.
    • Only one integration can be active at a time. Enabling a new integration will deactivate any previously active one until it is turned off.

    From the integration page, you can view the full list of available integrations within the Key Predict platform.

    Our partners use two different types of integration:

    • Via the Central Test API: Used by some ATS partners or your internal tools (ATS, HRIS, CRM, etc.)

    • Via the partner's API: These integrations are configured directly through the partner solution.

     

    Activating Integrations via Central Test API

    Here is a list of partners using our API:

    • Jobaffinity (Intuition Software)
    • Human Sourcing
    • MyTalents

    To view and activate these integrations, follow the steps below:

    1. Enable the Webservice option: Contact your account manager to activate this option, or go to Account Management > Contract to request activation. This is a paid feature.
    2. Configure the integration:Once the option is enabled, go back to Account Management > Integration, select the relevant ATS, then click Activate.

      Select the integration Key Predict or Key Predict – Direct URL Call (if enabled in your account).
    3. Fill in the required fields in the popup window: API credentials, URL, etc.
             
    4. Click "Validate this ATS" to activate the integration. A green checkmark will appear once the integration is active.

     

    Activating Integrations via Partner API

    These are the partners whose integrations are managed through their own API:

    • Recruitee
    • Teamtailor
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • SmartRecruiters
    • Greenhouse

    This list is regularly updated. Please check this page frequently to discover newly available integrations.

    To activate a partner using their own API, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Account Management > Integration, and select the desired partner.

    2. Click Activate and complete the required fields in the popup (API Key, URL, etc.).

    3. Click "Validate this ATS". A green checkmark will confirm that the integration is active.
      You can disable the integration at any time (a confirmation will be requested).
