Insight (Bêta-version)

    The Insight provides a quick and comprehensive view of an individual’s overall potential. It highlights key strengths, development areas, and alignment with job or competency frameworks. It brings together insights from past campaigns, Talent Map data, and results from the assessments completed.

     

    Insight – Summary Cards

    From the Insight tab of the participant profile, you can access summary cards for each test the participant has taken.

    Each card contains:

    • 2 or 3 sections (profile, graphs, scores, etc.) that highlight the most relevant traits or potential revealed by the assessment. These sections are configured by our Research & Development team and cannot currently be customized.

    • A detailed score table presenting the results for each factor assessed. These tables can be accessed by clicking the “...” icon within the card.

    For a more in-depth analysis, you can view the full reports in HTML format by clicking on the relevant icon.

    The summary is also customizable: you may add notes by clicking the corresponding icon. These notes allow you to contextualize an observation, document a discussion, or provide personal insights regarding a specific aspect of the profile.

    ⚠️ Important: Notes are visible to all users with access to the participant’s profile. They are intended to foster transparent collaboration among recruiters and managers.

     

    Sharing Options

    The platform allows you to share or export a participant’s Insight to support collaborative decision-making.

    Downloading the Insight Component

    You can generate a custom PDF report from the Insight tab by clicking the “Download” icon. A configuration window will appear, allowing you to select the components to include:

     

    1. Choose which elements to include in the report: summary cards, detailed tables, or both.

    2. Select which assessments to include, based on those completed by the participant. This enables the generation of a targeted report focusing on the most relevant evaluations.

    3. You may also choose to add:

      • Matching scores from previous campaigns.

      • Top skills & values, as extracted from the global Talent Map.

      • Any personal notes you’ve added to the profile. Once your options are selected, click “Confirm” to generate and download the PDF report.
