Step 4 - Confirm contract type (Credits, Annual License)
if you are on a credit-based contract or annual licence, the total number of credits or tests deducted from your balance will be displayed at the time of sending the invitation.

For subscription-based accounts, credits will be marked as "unlimited."
Once all selections and settings are configured, click "Send." Participants will receive their invitations via email to complete the assessments.
Candidate journey from the invitation email
When a participant clicks the link in their invitation email, they’ll be redirected to an intermediate page that automatically adapts to the context:
🔹 If only one assessment is assigned:
The candidate is taken straight to the questionnaire. Once completed, they’ll land on a confirmation page with a button to access their personal space.
🔹 If multiple assessments are assigned:
A list of tests will be displayed, allowing the candidate to complete them in any order. After each test, the list updates automatically. Once all tests are completed, a "My Space" button appears.
🔹 For ATS-based invitations:
Once all assessments are completed, the candidate will be redirected to your ATS login page (if a URL was provided in the invitation).
Frequently Asked Questions about assessment invitations
1- Why Attendees Don't Receive Test Invitation Links
Some participants may say that they do not receive invitations to take the tests. To do this:
- Make sure you've enabled sending emails in Account Management > Configuration > Settings.
- Verify that the attendee's email address is correct.
- Check the list of evaluations from the "Evaluations" tab on the Participant form to check the status of the email.
- Check your Spam, and also make sure that the participant has checked their spam emails on their end.
2- What to do when the invite link doesn't work?
The link provided is secure and its use is subject to limitations as to the number of accesses (e.g. for invitations, a maximum of 7 uses is allowed).
We advise you to go to the "Evaluations" tab on the participant's file, then send the invitation again by clicking on "Relaunch" or give them the link directly by clicking on the corresponding icon.
3- Why can't my participants access the test when the proctoring option is enabled?
If you have enabled the proctoring option, the participant must first allow access to their location, camera, and microphone.
This permission request is displayed before accessing the questionnaire, and simply click on "Allow" to proceed.
4- Why don't I receive a notification email when the participant has completed the assessment?
Make sure that notification sending is enabled from Account Management > Configuration > Parameters.
Only the person who sends the invitation to the attendee receives notifications about the attendee's handovers.
