Participants are the individuals—whether candidates or employees—that you’ll be assessing through the platform. Each participant needs a KeyPredict account to access the assessments.

Use the form
Follow these simple steps in our form to get started:
Step 1 - Access the form
There are two ways to access the form:
- From the Dashboard> Click on "Add Participant"
- From the Participants menu > "List" tab> Click on "Add", then on "Standard"
Step 2 - Complete the form
Complete the form by filling in the participant's information:
- Civ
- Name & surname
- Telephone number
- Profile (generic, commercial, managerial)
- Type (candidate, employee, student, etc.)
- "Third-time" option
As soon as the form is validated, the participant will receive their login details by email to connect to their Central Test account.
What is the "third-time" option?
This system aims to meet the needs of candidates with reduced abilities. The organization has the possibility of activating a time extension equivalent to one third of the duration planned for each session, in order to facilitate their support process.
For example, in the context of the R20 Reasoning Test with a duration of 20 minutes, the activation of the "third time" option grants an additional 6 minutes for the assessment.
Step 3 - "Invite to Assessments" or "Invite to Campaign" Options
Once the participant has been added, you can either invite them to take a test or join a trial campaign by clicking on the corresponding icons.
Register by Email
This method lets you add up to ten participants at once, quickly and easily.
To access it, go to the participant list, click "Add," and select "Register by Email."
- Entering Email Addresses: Type each participant's email address one by one in the designated field. After each address, press the ‘Enter’ key on your keyboard to save it. This ensures that each email is recorded individually.
Import a csv list
Follow these steps:
From the "Participants" menu, click on the "Import" tab.
Step 1 - Download the template and prepare your list
If you are doing this for the first time, remember to download the CSV template provided on the screen, along with the file containing the list of countries.
Next, make sure to fill in the fields with the existing column assignments in the CSV document.
The numbers, names, and positions of the various columns in the CSV document must not be changed.
In addition, please note that:
- Dates must be in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
- The "title" field must be filled with the values "2" for Mrs. or "1" for Mrs.
- The "EXTRA TIME" Must contain a 1 to activate the time or empty otherwise.
Step 2 - Import your list
You can now import your list by clicking "Browse" and then downloading the csv file from your computer.
Next, select the participant group and/or campaign you want to associate the list with, then click "Send". By doing so, you associate all the participants in your CSV file with the same group.
How do I create a participant group?
- Creating a group
You can create the groups from Participants > the "Group" tab, then click "Add"
Within the modal window, please enter the name of the group and then confirm.
You will then be redirected to the list of groups where you can manage them (edit or delete a group).
- Add a participant(s) to a group
To add participants to a group, select the people you want to include in the group from Participants > the "List" tab.
Next, click on the "add to a group" icon that appears and select the relevant group from the list.
Add a participant who "already exists"
If you add an already existing participant to your attendee list, the screen will display an "already existing" error. To do this, you must use the search function in the "Participants" menu to find the participant and send the invitations.
How do I delete/archive one or more participants?
To delete or archive multiple participants, please follow these steps:
- Click the Participants menu > List
- Select the attendees you want to delete or archive.
- Click "Archive" or "Delete" depending on the action you want to take
To delete or archive a single participant, you can proceed in the same way by selecting the person concerned and then clicking on the "archive" or "delete" icons that appear.
You can then find the list of archived participants in Participants > Archives.
