Proctoring is a feature to oversee the conduct of a test in a secure manner, using elements such as geolocation, IP address, browser, as well as screenshots and camera captures to verify the candidate's identity.
Each proctoring session requires the use of 5 credits.
Enable the proctoring option
When inviting a candidate to take a test, check the "Monitor passing" option before sending the invitation, and then set the screenshot frequency (every 30s, or every minute).
View the report
Once the exam is complete, view the results report by navigating to the "Evaluations" > "Past Evaluations" > "Report" menu.
At the end of the result report, you will find the monitoring report.
In which you will usually find:
- Participant Information: Participant name, identification number, etc.
- Session information: The date, start and end time of the monitoring session.
- Screenshots: Screenshots of the participant's computer taken at regular intervals.
