Number of questions, duration
Each 360 Feedback questionnaire consists of a total of 46 questions, divided into 41 Likert-scale questions, 2 multiple-choice questions, and 3 open-ended questions.
Each reviewer should allow approximately 10-15 minutes to complete their 360 Feedback questionnaire.
The 360° questionnaire is personalized according to the profile of the participant being evaluated: generic, sales, or manager. Indeed, the questionnaire only includes the skills that are set up in the Talent Map for each type of profile, so the skills related to "Sales" are evaluated only for a "sales" profile.
Evaluations
The 360-degree assessment assesses behavioural and performance competencies in seven essential categories:
- Analysis and expertise
- Leadership
- Planning & Vision
- Self-awareness and management
- Values and Integrity
- Communication and Relationships
- Professional Commitment
