Technical Requirements (Speed, Browsers)
Smart Interview is compatible with the following browsers: Chrome and Firefox on computers, tablets, smartphones, MacBooks and iMacs. In addition, on iMac and MacBook, the latest version of Safari is also supported.
If you're having trouble playing video or audio responses, it may be related to insufficient connection quality on the participant's side, with a minimum required throughput of 0.02 MB/s. In this case, we suggest you try to check out the answer using Mozilla Firefox.
Recording Responses
Recording the answers on the participant's side during a Smart Interview requires careful preparation.
This involves checking their hardware, such as the camera and microphone, to make sure everything is working properly. It is crucial to have a stable internet connection to avoid unwanted interruptions.
In addition, it is recommended to choose a quiet and well-lit environment for recording. Eliminating potential distractions and making sure you're in a professional space contributes to an optimal presentation.
