Smart interview also gives you the possibility to create multiple-choice questionnaires to evaluate your candidates with the targeted skills.
Context Usage
Smart Interview can be used for the evaluation of any type of profile and position. We highly recommend it for pre-selection for positions with a high volume of participants. Here are some use cases for a Smart interview.

Step 2 - Create the questionnaire
Now, you are ready to develop a Smart Interview questionnaire 🙂.
-
You can create your first question in the format that interests you: video, audio, or text. You also have the option to upload a pre-recorded video.
Tip: You can also use our predefined question templates if you prefer to digitize questions from a “traditional interview.”
- Next, define the response format: video, audio, text, or MCQ.
- For video and audio formats, be sure to specify the response time limit and the number of allowed attempts. This allows candidates multiple attempts before finalizing their responses.
-
Regarding MCQ formats, you have numerous options to optimally customize your questionnaire. You can set the weighting for each question in the score calculation, allow multiple answers, and assign specific scores to each response option.
Setting up the presentation video
You have the option to create this video or import it from your computer, or even embed an external link, for example, from your video channel.
Adding and configuring this video can be done via "Account Management">"Presentation video". This approach helps create a positive and engaging first impression for interview participants.
Scoring an interview
When creating a Smart Interview, you have the flexibility to incorporate various types of questions and answers, including videos, audio files, text, as well as multiple-choice questions (MCQs). For MCQs, a range of features are available to you. You can create multiple-choice questions, determine whether a question contributes to the score calculation (with a score of 1 to 5 per question), choose whether answers have penalties or benefits, and specify correct or wrong answers.
Then, assign an overall appreciation score. This score is adjusted in real- time as other reviewers assign their own scores.
The score displayed corresponds to the average of the scores awarded by all the evaluators. To view the detailed comments of each reviewer, simply click on the score given to the participant.
Sharing the results with another user
Once the participant has responded, the lead reviewer may ask other colleagues or managers involved in the assessment to provide feedback on the candidate's responses. To do that, you have to go to "Evaluation Management" then "Past Evaluations", and then click "Report" to invite other reviewers.
Please note that it is not possible to invite managers who are not users of the platform. To do that, you have to go to "Evaluation Management"then "Past Evaluations", and then click "Report" to invite other reviewers.
